Kiwi Bullion has a minimum order of 20oz of silver. • depositing to our account over the counter at any KiwiBank (+0.5%)

You may pay by cheque, however, we will fix a price on your bullion only when the cheque fully clears into our account. This will likely generate a balance due on your order, which must be settled within 24 hours of invoicing to you. A “bank cheque” or “bank draft” can take up to 3 business days to clear, and a +0.5% cash handling fee if depositing cash at a Kiwibank teller.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the purchase there will be no returns (subject to our legal obligations).

However we do sell on behalf of and will be happy to speak to you about this.

Delivery Times

We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow upto 3 weeks for delivery.
